1. you have to be on the ship connected to NCLs wifi. It does NOT cost!
2. Husband and I used it all 10 days and loved it, it worked just fine.
3. No app is perfect. NCL will fix the kinks. Give them time, its still new. No harm no foul getting the app and deleting if you dont like it.
4. You need to have some idea of how to work a phone and app for it to work!
