Frustrating

Impractical. You had to have the app open to receive text or calls, even if you allowed it make push notifications. It crashes regularly. It was somewhat helpful for seeing what was happening. It was nice that you could make reservations but inconvenient that you couldnt cancel them. You couldnt make any dining reservations.

And, I know this is small, but I didnt buy your app so that you had another opportunity to advertise to me. Dont send cruise ads to the cabin messenger. It pisses people off.
