This looked like it might be pretty useful for finding onboard activities and info. But we werent told until we were on board that its not available on all their ships.

Doesnt provide much info. Be nice if it had times and other usefull info. For example it tells what the dining rooms are, but no hours or any menu info.

The app is very useful in looking up specific areas of the ship, as well as an account overview. However, the sections are very basic and do not give much description. It would be very helpful to have deck plans available to be able to locate specific venues easier. The "whats going on" section often malfunctioned and seems to have a bug which does not allow you to view the schedule for "tomorrow".

Terrible. We bought 4 this week.. walkie-talkies would have been better than this app. Wish we could get a refund!

Just by reading other reviews, I could tell that the app has probably not changed much if at all. The last time I used it, not everything was accessible with voiceover, a screen reader that is built into iOS. For example, I could get into a list of restaurants and the menus, but I cant read the menu for the particular day. I was thinking of trying the messaging feature since it could be useful but Im afraid that might not be accessible either. I tried leaving feedback for the devs in the survey but I doubt anyone reads it. So for anyone who uses voiceover and is thinking of trying the app, just beware.

Very limited usefulness. And some things just dont work. To the developer: spend a few hundred, go on a cheap Carnival cruise and rewrite your app with the clues you got while using their app.

The app has issues with sending me messages that i have been disconnected and reconnected to the ships Wifi. Problem is, I havent been on or off the ship yet. I think the app needs updated.

But not a polished application. Beware that Some activities are missing.

This app works pretty well but would be excellent with the addition of a few features. - please include an interactive deck plan of the ship you are on including you are here. - freestyle daily section would be nice improvement over the current feature.

Boo. So disappointed when realized its for the epic only. Why why? It would have been so handy to have this app on the Norwegian pearl this past trip. Get modern ncl. Please.

We just got back from the epic and I must say this app made it that much better!!! We could see what was happening in the day, what the restaurants were having that day (even days ahead) and so much more! You can even see what you spent, and soo much more! So if you are going on the Norwegian EPIC this is the best you can get!

We cruised on the Norwegian Pearl in September 2014. Did not know about the app until we were already on board. Did not want to pay excessive Internet fees on board just to download the app. Found free wifi at the next port and downloaded the app. Once the app was installed, it was a nice app in many respects. The on-board intranet functions were handy and worked well. The list of on-board events was really useful. The list of tours was lacking many things: - no detail about the tour, only the title; - no tour code, such as "JUN0311", to correlate to the printed brochures; - no pricing information for the tour; You could put a tour on your wish list, and even book the tour using the app, but without the detailed information we would not use the app to book a tour. Instead, we lined up at the excursions desk and waited for the next available agent. Fixing this tours information portion of the app would make it a most useful app. The best part of the app is the account review, where we could check our current account status and see the details of all transactions charged to our stateroom.

This app doesnt hold ones itinerary, pass or anything that could be useful to facilitate getting ready for the voyage and/or on the ship. It may be ok on board but so far ... not so much!

Im a huge fan of NCL, and was excited to use this app to enhance my onboard experience, but to my disappointment it wouldnt work. I connected to the ships WIFI as instructed, but the app unfortunately never was able to detect it. I sailed the Dawn.

The app is very buggy and needs to be reset all the time. I am amazed Apple allowed and approved it for ISO.

Great app, always knew what was happening. I would like to see a way to bookmark or put in your calendar activities you want to do on board. I kept forgetting!

Other than keeping tabs on how much we were spending on board, this app was almost useless. Couldnt even give us such basic information as the ships full schedule everyday. Like everything else about NCL, it can best be described as mediocre.
